Just Life

Year in Review | 2018.

Once again, I’m borrowing Vicki’s idea (Thank you, Vicki!) for an end of year post. The idea is to share the first line of the first blog post of each month and a favorite photo from that month’s posts. The words and photos are most likely not related.

January
Happy New Year! It was a quiet weekend around here.

February
Hello February, I am glad to see you!

March
Hello! We had a wonderful vacation, but it feels good to be back here (finally!)

April
Sometimes Mondays … …begin with a few quiet moments and a heart full of gratitude.

May
It’s 80 degrees today …. with blue skies, sunshine and low humidity.

June
I’ve been a long-time fan of #blueskyblooms … I think I’m going to start #rainwashedblooms (which apparently is not a thing already … how can that be given the “spring” we’ve had?!)

July
My knitting projects haven’t changed much since last week, not only because I’ve been sewing, but also because I’ve been reading.

August
Joining in with Kat and friends today to talk about knitting and reading.

September
Those three photos I shared on Thursday gave you a pretty good idea what the rest of our “long weekend” looked like.

October
Re-entry has been challenging … a six hour time difference and two little boys … well …. I felt a bit more like myself last night (and then the Braves lost – gah!!!) but hopefully … I’ll be back tomorrow with an Unraveled story 🙂

November
It’s been a while since I said “hello” to a new month from this most comfortable perch at my kitchen counter (and with both feet resting on the rungs of the stool 😉 ).

December
Sometimes Mondays … build confidence.

What a year! I’m incredibly grateful for the blessings of family & friends and the opportunity to share my story here with all of you. Thank you!
