Unraveled Wednesday.
Knock on wood … it’s been another week with no unraveling – except that I pared back my Christmas knitting plans (more on that next week when I can share the FO’s).
So of course, I started a pair of those slouchy house socks. They’re working up quickly on size 10 dpn’s 😉
and I’m going to make this a quick post – today is an Opera Wednesday, with lunch first and a celebratory cocktail back here after. It’s La Traviata, my favorite, and the production looks over-the-top. I can’t wait!
Joining in with Kat and friends. Happy Wednesday!

Lunch out, your favorite opera, and cocktails sound elegant and absolutely perfect! Do those size 10 needles feel huge? 🙂

I’m all eager to “hear” about the opera and still sad that I missed it…also, curious that you get to see today. Our “Met in HD” performances is always on Saturdays, shown during the actual broadcast. I know you had a wonderful afternoon!
Cheers~

Opera Day is the best! (and so is fast sock knitting!!)

I hope the opera lived up to your expectations. The house socks are going to be toasty warm and a quick knit?!

I wish I’d been able to make it to the opera. A friend invited me, but I couldn’t make it work. I hope to make the January production as Carmen is such a kick! The house socks will be a nice winter wardrobe addition!

Am sure you are well into finishing these by now. The Opera was fabulous.
