That looks delicious! I made this once and we did not care for it – the bread was too soggy. I think I didn't toast it enough or something. Any tips?
I had a panzanella soup years ago in a wonderful Italian restaurant in San Francisco, but sadly I'll never taste the wonders of panzanella again. Your salad looks very, very tasty.
